Coming Soon in 2024: Authorized Enerpac Repair Services for Enerpac Tools and Equipment

• Initial Diagnostic Fees of $105 per tool (Allow up to 3 business days).
  • Rush "diagnostic" services and repair may be available for an additional fee.
• Once an Item is inspected, we will charge by the hour, labor and parts and any associated shipping charges - 1/2 Hour Minimum.
• If the repair is more than 50% of the replacement cost of a new tool, we will provide an estimate.
  • If the repair is less than 50%, we will automatically repair the tool
• For repairs not able to be fixed, or the customer decides to purchase a new replacement tool, the initial diagnostic fee will be applied towards the cost of the new tool.
• Upon completion of the repair, we will notify the customer.
  • Items are required to be picked up and or delivered (qualified customers only) within 30 days after completion.
    • Pickup and Delivery fees may apply.
  • All items not picked up within 30 days will be scrapped.
• All repairs are warrantable for 3 months after the date of repair.
• Repairs are not limited to Enerpac or Simplex products. Please contact an associate for further details.
